1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to evlo.ai (the "Platform"), operated by Evlo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, website, and expert-matching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Expert Network and Services

evlo.ai operates an expert network linking qualified specialists with teams building and training frontier AI models. For expert contributors, your participation in any task, evaluation, or dataset creation is subject to separate, specific engagement agreements. For enterprise clients, licensing datasets or procuring custom data services is governed by our Master Services Agreement.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To register as an expert or engage our services as an enterprise client, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, trademarks, and code of the evlo.ai Platform are the exclusive property of Evlo. For expert contributors, any intellectual property created during tasks will be assigned in accordance with the specific engagement agreement governing that work. No license is granted to use our datasets, marks, or material without explicit written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false credentials or fabricate professional backgrounds.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any component of the Platform.
• Introduce malicious software, automated scrapers, or indexers to extract data unauthorised.
• Disclose confidential task or model information obtained through the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Evlo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our corporate headquarters, without regard to conflict of law principles.
